A Family Run Business
HSL was started by my late father, Jeffrey Burrows, and my mother, Patricia, 40 years ago and we are very proud of the first-class reputation we have built over the years. Although we have grown from our modest beginnings in Yorkshire and now have 11 Comfort Stores around the country, some things never change. We are still a family run company and supplying high quality handmade furniture, with excellent value and service, which will always be the cornerstones of HSL.
Hard work from our staff as well as feedback from our thousands of customers have made HSL and its unique range of comfortable back-care furniture what it is today.

We will deliver your order free to anywhere on the UK mainland. Not only that, on our normal delivery service, we will advise you of the day of delivery and ensure that you are perfectly happy before we leave you to enjoy the comfort of your new bed or chair.
We use a specialist delivery team who will help you with any questions you might have about your furniture and don't forget...if you are buying a new bed, we will also remove your old bed or mattress for free too, where applicable.
7 day & 7-14 day Delivery Service
Where this service is chosen, the delivery is made by national freight carriers. With the 7 day service, delivery is to your door only by a one man service and is without notice. You will need to take in the
product and dispose of the wrapping. We strongly advise that you have assistance close at hand to help if it is needed. With the 7-14 day service, the delivery is notified and includes installation.
