Buying Products on Our Website
All of our prices are shown as being either inclusive of VAT. Or exclusive of VAT depending on the nature of the product (for goods to be sold as exclusive of VAT both the product and the customer must be eligible and the customer must complete the electronic declaration regarding their eligibility) Delivery costs are included in the prices shown. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; despite our best efforts, errors may occur. Prices are verified as part of our acceptance procedure, and you will be informed if a product's price differs from that stated in your order. You may then decide whether or not to proceed with the order. We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).To cancel your order before delivery, If your order has not reached the delivery process, a customer service operative will be able to cancel your order. Please email info@hslchairs.com To cancel this contract, after delivery (under your statutory rights), you must complete the appropriate page of the HSL guarantee form that was delivered with your product and return this to HSL. Additionally notify HSL of your intention and requirement to return the goods either by phone or e-mail info@hslchairs.com Arrangements will be made for the products to be collected by our nominated carriers. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components must not be damaged.A refund will only be issued to the invoice payee / address by the method used for the initial payment Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods. Your statutory rights are not affected

Online Contract Formation
By completing and submitting the electronic order form, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and are making an offer to purchase goods from HSL. Our acceptance to your offer will only be considered complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation to you, or when the goods you ordered are effectively despatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we accept your offer and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed in the despatch confirmation and that have not been despatched to you do not form part of the binding contract between you and HSL.
Fraud
HSL will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities
