Can I order at a VAT FREE price?

Yes, if you are chronically sick or disabled and the product you are ordering is denoted 'VAT Free', having been designed for invalids. This applies only to electrically operated chairs and beds. When you order at a VAT Free price, you will be required to declare your eligibility and give details on your condition when adding the item to your basket.

Please note there are penalties for making false declarations. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the VAT National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration.
