Choose the correct height for easy sitting and rising

We ensure that sensible seat heights, easy-grip arm rests and strong stable designs make our chairs very easy to live with. To sit most comfortably, your body and thighs should be in an ‘L’ position with your feet touching the floor. This takes the pressure off your back and knees, allowing muscles to relax. In bare feet, measure from the back of your knee to the floor, then choose a chair with a seat height of 1 inch more or less than this measurement.
