Spread out over more than 50 stores, our Comfort Specialists are the face of HSL and often the first point of contact for many of our customers. This why we have fantastic people working in our stores!
A typical day with our Comfort Specialists can include spending three hours with a customer, building rapport, genuinely listening to their needs and finding solutions based upon these needs.
It’s perhaps one of the most rewarding roles as our Comfort Specialists are able to change people’s lives almost on a daily basis.
To be able to do this we send all of our retail employees on our world class ‘5 steps training programme’ where they have all mastered the art of customer relations.
