Whilst in ‘normal’ times we are firm advocates for the importance of good posture and how our sofas, chairs and beds can make a real difference, we are now faced with the dawning reality that our focus and priorities are much broader.
We have had a team working (from home) to support customers seven days a week answering any questions and urgent needs throughout the lockdown. For many people what we do is more than just a chair. Finding the right seating solution has perhaps never been more apparent than during the current situation, as we find ourselves confined to our homes and spending more time than ever sat on our sofas and chairs.
We recognise we have a duty of care to our customers and our teams, so as we plan the ‘what next’, we have put together a very careful way of meeting that duty. All our services will be ‘contactless’, our teams equipped with the appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE) and everything will be operational, including our stores, which will offer bookable appointments, as well as general trading hours where you are free to pop in at your leisure, our free home visit service and not forgetting our free contactless delivery service.
As always with us, there is no pressure, no sales pitch; just a free, relaxed and safe service. We will support you, not sell to you. We have built a world class British manufacturing and retail facility over the last 52 years and it will be waiting for you when you are ready.
