Your Journey to Better Wellbeing
At HSL, your health and wellbeing is our priority in everything we do. Good wellbeing can mean different things to all of us; it includes feeling satisfied, happy, calm and healthy. It also includes being connected to those around us in positive ways through meaningful relationships.
Over the next two weeks we will be hosting a series of FREE online community sessions, so together, we can help you on your journey to better wellbeing.
Wellbeing Session 1: Exercise & Staying well
This session will explore the benefits of exercise, how to build this into your daily routines, essential steps for staying well, and tips on types of exercise you can do if you have health issues / restricted mobility / limited space and resources.
