All of our products come with a standard delivery fee of £60 plus VAT, which includes installation of any electrically adjustable chairs and beds. All delivery lead times quoted are approximate and depend on product type and stock availability. While we cannot guarantee specific days, dates or times, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you once your product is ready to arrange delivery, so you know when to expect it.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during certain times of the year, such as bank holidays (including Easter and Christmas) due to factory closures. We appreciate your understanding during these periods.

This guarantee is extended on all electrically-adjustable chairs to also cover the motorized mechanism and handset for 5 years.
