They make great furniture

They make great furniture. I my case there was an issue with a Factory dispatch error but after a couple of attempts to correct the error the issue was resolved to my satidfaction.

We had a very good experience on our visit. Our sales assistant Rachel was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all our questions. We were able to take our time and the whole process of choosing our chair and ordering it was very straightforward. A nice cup of tea was also much appreciated....

John who advised me was pleasant helpful listened to what i needed did not rush me but gave me all the information He was what i call old school customer service and i appreciated that. Can't wait for my chair to arrive

Lovely service from the start

Lovely service from the start, helpful and knowledgeable staff, without being pushy. A delight to buy furniture from this store, tried different chairs, and purchased a lovely, comfortable “Stressless” recliner chair, at a good price, and await for it to be delivered.
