Negroni

Method:

  1. Pour all your ingredients into a mixing glass or jug. Stir everything together until the outside of the glass feels cold.
  2. Strain over your glasses and add 1 large piece of ice (sphere or cubed) to each glass. Garnish with your oranges.

Martini

Method:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all your ingredients and combine until the shaker feels cold. Strain into chilled Martini glasses and add your garnish.

Whiskey Sour

Method:

  1. Prepare your glasses by adding ice. Add all your ingredients (except for the lemon zest) to a cocktail shaker and shake until hard.
  2. Strain the cocktail over the glasses and ice. With the shiny side down, squeeze the lemon zest so the scented oils spray across the surface. Add your garnish and enjoy.

Margarita

Method:

  1. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt onto a plate or saucer. Rub a wedge of lime along the rim of the glasses and dip each glass into the salt. Add a desirable amount of ice to each glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with a generous amount of ice, tequila, lime juice, and triple sec. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels cold.
  3. Strain the mix over the prepared glasses and serve with a wedge of lime on rim of the glasses.

Aperol Spritz

Method:

  1. Add your preferred amount of ice to 2 glasses, pour 50ml of Aperol and equal halves of prosecco into each glass. Top the glasses up with soda and garnish with orange slices.
