All of our products come with a standard delivery fee of £60 plus VAT, which includes installation of any electrically adjustable chairs and beds. You're in safe hands with our expert delivery team, as our helpful drivers won’t leave until you are completely happy with how your new furniture looks in your home.

All delivery lead times quoted are approximate and depend on product type and stock availability. While we cannot guarantee specific days, dates or times, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you once your product is ready to arrange delivery, so you know when to expect it.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during certain times of the year, such as bank holidays (including Easter and Christmas) due to factory closures. We appreciate your understanding during these periods.

We only use the best quality ingredients in our furniture making. We source local materials where possible and have longstanding relationships with our suppliers. This allows us to collaborate closely on sustainability and quality, ensuring that only the finest materials make up our furniture.

HSL is committed to ensuring that everything we sell is of the highest quality. However, for your peace of mind, we offer a 25 year frame guarantee on a large selection of our furniture excluding our Third Parties (including Himolla, Stressless and Giuseppe Nicoletti), this excludes our swivel range, other exclusions apply, please ask in-store for details. This guarantee is extended on all electrically-adjustable chairs to also cover the motorized mechanism and handset for 5 years.
