Book your free Contactless Home Visit

For your absolute peace of mind, we have put in place a number of steps to allow us to safely carry out a Contactless Home Visit.  These steps include input and verification from Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings Dip COT, HCPC and an independent Health and Safety advisor. Clinically Extremely Vulnerable

If you have received a letter or been contacted by your GP to say that you are classed as Clinically Extremely Vulnerable, at this time we do not believe it is safe for us to carry out a Contactless Home Visit, however, our experienced team of Comfort Specialists are trained to support you over the telephone. Contactless Deliveries

When delivering your items, our team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including visors, masks, gloves and shoe protectors.

To ensure a Contactless Delivery, before delivering your new furniture we will send you a delivery guide which will outline our safety precautions, as well as provide details on how we will ensure a Contactless Delivery.

You will be asked to confirm which room you’d like the product placed in using the note cards in your delivery pack.  You will also be asked to indicate with a note card (again, provided in your pack), where in the room you would like your furniture to be positioned.

 

You're In Safe Hands

To reassure you that you are in safe hands, we will always:

  • Wash and sanitise our hands regularly (hourly and between customers).
  • Wear the appropriate personal protection (PPE) provided.
  • Maintain a 2 metre distance from you and anyone visiting with you; as advised by the government.
  • We will ensure that no other customers will come into your vicinity whilst you are in-store, and we will not serve other customers whilst we serve you.
  • Ensure there is no physical contact between you and ourselves.
  • Perform a Contactless 7-Point Seating Assessment™ to find the right size and solution for you.
  • Adjust how we do things to suit you; please just let us know if there is anything additional we can do to make you feel comfortable with the service we are providing.
  • We will sanitise our store and products regularly to ensure the same high standard of cleanliness for all of our customers. You will also have full access to our mobile sanitisation station for anything you require.
  • For your peace of mind, our doors will remain closed to ensure we are in full control of the cleanliness and sanitisation of our store at all times.
  • We have a 100% wellness measure in place; ensuring that if any of our colleagues experience any symptoms, they are isolating in-line with Government advice. We will hold confidential records of everyone we have come into contact with to ensure that we can quickly and safely alert people should anyone develop symptoms within 14 days of contact – in accordance with the Government’s contact of tracing ongoing and shielding measures

During a Contactless Home Visit, we will always:

  • Sanitise our hands and our furniture before entering your home.
  • Wear the appropriate personal protection (PPE) provided.
