Ideal Home Show Lucky Dip Terms and Conditions
This Promotion offers entrants the chance to enter our lucky dip to win a selection of prizes including 400 x bags of Yorkshire Mixtures, 100 x pens, 25 x mugs, 25 x notepads, 25 x tea and biscuits, plus 2 x HSL Vouchers with a value of £1000, and 2 x Red Letter Days Spa Weekend Vouchers with a value of £150. No purchase necessary. UK residents only.
1. Conditions of entry – to participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:
- You must be aged 18 or over
- You must be resident in United Kingdom
- Only one entry per person; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted;
- You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the promotion;
- You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.
2. How to enter - to enter this Promotion you will need to:
- Sign up to HSL’s newsletter between 24th - 27th May 2024 via this form https://www.hslchairs.com/ideal-home-show-competition
- By entering this competition, you give permission for HSL to add you to its email database.
- You can unsubscribe from this database at any time by clicking unsubscribe’ at the bottom of emails. Unsubscribing prior to Winner Selection will void your entry.
3. Entry period – You can enter the competition until 5pm on 27th May 2024. Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.
4. Winner Selection - all eligible entrants’ will be able to draw a ticket from the lucky dip box to reveal their prize. Our decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
5. Prize - the prize for the winners will be a randomly drawn prize from the below:
- 1 x of 400 bags of Yorkshire Mixture sweets.
- 1 x of 100 pens
- 1 x of 25 mugs
- 1 x of 25 notepads
- 1 x of 25 tea and biscuits
- 1 x of 2 HSL Vouchers with a value of £1000 to be redeemed against HSL furniture. The voucher must be redeemed in full, and cannot be split across multiple transactions. If the purchase cost exceeds the amount of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in full at the point of purchase. The voucher cannot be retrospectively applied to orders made prior to the date of your winner notification email, and must be redeemed within 12 months of this date.
- 1 x of 2 Red Letter Days Spa Weekend Vouchers.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the voucher with one of the same or greater value.
6. Disqualification - We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Promotion.
7. Changes to the promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
8. Ideal Home Show - this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ideal Home Show. By entering this prize draw you agree to release Ideal Home Show of any liability caused in respect of this Promotion.
9. Personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. 10. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
11. Law - Insofar as is permitted by law, the HSL’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
